COVID-19 Safety Update

At Compass CBS, we take the safety of our students and team members seriously.

As an Arizona-based company, we are monitoring the number of cases of the COVID-19 virus and limiting our contact with our customers to online communication and online live training. 

At this time, Compass CBS is fully operational as an online service provider only.  We have in place measures to ensure the health and safety of our students and our team members. Please take a moment to review this page with resources and links to reliable information related to the virus as well as information on protecting yourself. 

PRECAUTIONARY ACTIONS

Compass CBS was fully an online service before the pandemic affected our lives; however, we have been strong advocates for safe hygiene practices in the workplace. Our teams follow CDC guidelines to avoid the spread of the flu and other viruses with rigorous cleaning and sanitizing using appropriate disinfecting agents.  

Additional measures have been promoted to increase the frequency of disinfecting common areas such as tables, chairs, equipment, and doorknobs. Team members who are sick or have a fever have been instructed to stay home. Team members and students who develop symptoms are encouraged to return home immediately. 

PROTECTING OURSELVES

The World Health Organization has provided guidance on how to protect yourself. Some common strategies include: 

  • Clean hands with alcohol-based sanitizer or soap and water.
  • Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth. Cover your mouth and nose with your elbow or tissue when coughing and sneezing. 
  • Maintain social distance with anyone who may seem unwell. 
  • Stay at home if you begin to feel unwell, even with mild symptoms such as headache and slight runny nose, until you recover. 
  • Seek medical care if you have fever, cough and difficulty breathing.

LEARNING OPTIONS

Compass CBS offers virtual instructor-led, online training. Online Live (OLL) features live instructor led training, hands-on labs, group break-out sessions and can be taken from the comfort of your home or office. 

Attending classes via OLL provides all the benefits of an instructor led training, but mitigates any risk of exposure to Coronavirus. If you have questions or concerns feel free to contact us at (602) 759-0553 or email at contact@compasscbs.com.  

We understand our students and corporate clients have gatherings such as team events, retreats, and learning. As education builders, we are currently only offering virtual facilitation services. We are committed to ensuring our clients have detailed and easy-to-follow instructions to utilize our services virtually. Our highest priority is to do everything possible to ensure the safety and security of the students while facilitating the progress of their business. 

We are accepting registrations to all of our courses and services. 

“I can’t learn online”

We hear this often and we understand. Our online live courses have all the advantages of a traditional classroom. You can see the instructor, the instructor sees you and you see all the other attendees. We utilize Zoom as our primary platform to teach and can be accessed on any mobile device with access to reliable internet. Our classrooms have password barriers to prevent interruptions from uninvited guests. We create real-time interaction by answering questions, group breakout sessions, and assign projects just like a live in-person learning event. The benefits of learning online with us is that you do not have to travel and get to enjoy all the comforts of home.

We do have scheduled breaks during our classes and your instructor will deliver all of your learning materials and books via email to download directly on your computer or document storage service. Our instructors make every effort to make the classes enjoyable and deliver the most up-to-date knowledge of each subject.
